DGM Agility Chairman, with over 30 years’ experience within software development and Infrastructure and Cloud Services.
He has worked across multiple industries including Library, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Health.
Graham joined DGM Agility in 2023 to focus on developing the business and provide business support.
Has extensive experience at Board level across Healthcare, Fintech, Cyber Security, Identity and Fraud in both public and private sectors.
Darren Muizelaar
Chief Technology Officer
Electronic Engineering Graduate with over 25 years’ experience within software development, IT system design and digital transformation.
Darren has worked across multiple industries from local/central government including Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Home Office, Life-Sciences, and NHS.
Darren has over 15 years’ experience as a Board Director within the Financial Services sector and is a Financial Conduct Authority approved person.
Kaz Noble
Development Director
Software Engineering Graduate with over 20 years’ experience within web and application development, primarily within the finance sector but oversees the DGM engineering team.
Kaz spent 8 years working as a contractor within finance but joined DGM Agility in 2019 and heads up the Engineering team.
Jacqueline Holloway
Chief Information Security Officer
With over 25 years in IT, Jacqueline started out in network and systems support, before moving her focus over to governance, risk, and compliance, specialising in information security for the past two decades. As an independent contractor for 15 years, with extensive experience in financial services, she has a proven track record in addressing security challenges amidst significant changes in technology and the introduction of regulations over the decades, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR and Sarbanes Oxley. Jacqueline has delivered initiatives for cloud migration, supply chain security, digital transformation, Fintech partnerships, mergers & acquisitions and the adoption of AI.
Jacqueline remains dedicated to empowering businesses in strengthening their security posture and to remain thriving in ever changing threat landscape.
Ryan Mendham
Operations Manager
Ryan Joined the DGM Team in 2022 as the Operation Manager and Service Desk Lead serving our Financial Services customers but has recently taken on the responsibility across the business and all customers.
With over 12 years customer service experience serving both B2C and B2B clients Ryan is instrumental in making operations smother by fostering a positive work culture whilst meeting the demands of the business.
Ryans is also a Financial Conduct Authority approved person.
